Change=Change
If you don't like something in your life, you have to change something to get different results.
Change equals change. If Jacoba doesn't like something in her life, she changes something to get different results — it's a mindset she lives by and returns to often, evaluating everything through it.
Her father told her to go get a real job — you'll never make money doing art. She followed that advice for half her life, and was miserable for it. Eventually she decided to alter everything and start honoring the person God made her to be. Through a hard journey of self-discovery and the world's own lessons, she believes she's made every mistake known to man, so you don't have to — that's what her mentorship is for. She's grateful for her father's words: 15 years in the corporate world weren't wasted, they built the skill sets she now uses to run teams, businesses, and programs. She thanks God for her family and for the business experience that eventually led her to a place where she gets to do art and business together.
I believe strongly that taking care of your mental and physical health comes first — it's only then that you can be fully present for yourself, your friends, your family, and your coworkers. To achieve your goals, you must take care of yourself.
Jacoba is also an event planner, working across every scale — large city festivals, private festivals, and small corporate events alike.

Jacoba believes she's made every mistake known to man — so her clients don't have to. Her coaching is built on that mentorship: the lessons from 15 years in corporate and years spent building her own businesses, handed to you so you don't have to spend a lifetime finding them yourself. Behind her stands a full team — sales, marketing, AI, 3D printing, CNC, master artists, and union workers — so clients get access to real capability, not just advice.

AIM exists to activate people in their gifts and talents — and then help them realign their lives to actually work within them. It's for all humans, not just artists: anyone who needs help finding what they're gifted at, and building a life around it.
The ventures above put that mission into practice — Coba's Creations, Artistic Trades, and KC Art Van Gogh all exist, in part, to give people paid work inside their gift.
Behind it all stands a full team — sales, marketing, AI, 3D printing, CNC, master artists, and union workers — all partnered with what Jacoba and her team are building. The goal is simple: to equip, encourage, and impart people to walk in their gifts and talents, especially in business. A one-stop equipping shop.
